Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By requesting locksmith services from Alex Locksmith, the customer agrees to these terms and any specific quotation or service arrangement communicated before work begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

Charges depend on the service, lock/key type, access difficulty, time and parts required. Any applicable quotation is subject to the actual condition found on site. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Customer Responsibility

The customer must provide accurate information and ensure that the premises, vehicle or property may lawfully be accessed. Proof of ownership or authorization may be requested.

4. Access & Authorization

Alex Locksmith does not assist with unauthorized access. Customers are responsible for confirming their authority to request the service.

5. Liability

Reasonable care will be taken during locksmith work. Existing defects, worn hardware, damaged doors/frames or concealed conditions may affect the outcome and are outside the locksmith's control.

6. Cancellation / Rescheduling

Please provide notice as early as possible if an appointment must be cancelled or changed. Any costs already incurred may remain payable.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Customer information is handled for service, communication, payment, administrative and legal purposes and is not disclosed except where reasonably required.

8. Complaints & Disputes

Customers should contact Alex Locksmith promptly if there is a service concern so that it can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
