Our locksmith services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve your locksmith needs efficiently and effectively. We reserve the right to decline or refuse service if we deem it necessary for any valid reason.
The pricing for our locksmith services will be communicated to you before the initiation of any work, either verbally or in writing. Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 1 hours' notice, or you may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate changes to your appointment.
The customer should provide accurate and detailed information about the lock or key-related issue. The customer should also provide access to the premises or locks requiring service. Failure to provide accurate information or access may result in additional charges or delays.
The customer warrants that they have lawful possession or authority to access the property or assets for which locksmith services are requested. The locksmith will not be responsible for any legal consequences or fees resulting from the customer's unauthorized access or use of their services.
While we take every precaution to prevent any damage, the customer acknowledges that locksmith services may involve some risks, including potential damage to property or objects. We shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during or after our locksmith services are performed, whether directly or indirectly caused. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless for any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from our locksmith services.
We respect your privacy and will handle any personal information you provide to us in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our locksmith services and will be kept confidential.
In the event of any complaints or disputes, the customer should promptly notify the locksmith. Both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve any disagreements. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may seek mediation or pursue legal remedies available under Singapore law.
These terms and conditions may be modified or terminated by the locksmith at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will become effective upon posting on the locksmith's website or other communication channels.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
